Minced Onion

Our minced onion is grown in Vietnam’s Red River Delta, a region known for its fertile soil and exceptional onions. Densely layered yellow onions are sliced and dried through a meticulous cycle of heating and cooling, creating a rich, sweet, caramelized flavor that leaves other minced onions in the dust.
