Hoja Santa & Sea Salt

Our Hoja Santa & Sea Salt is made with fresh freeze-dried herbs collected by smallholder farmers in Oaxaca. Hoja santa is a traditional herb with a heart-shaped leaf, and it’s been grown continually since pre-Hispanic times in Mexico, on riverbanks and in backyards. The sea salt comes from a brackish lagoon in Colima, Mexico, dried using solar power. Use on proteins, fresh cheese, quesadillas, soups, tamales and mole.
