This collection is curated by chef and cookbook author Gaby Melian. It includes 6 full-sized jars of spices packed in a beautiful box. Gaby says, "These are some of my favorite spices, some of the staples in my Abuela's kitchen. Her family emigrated from France and Spain to Argentina, and she will often use them fresh and later dry them herself. Using thyme and cumin in my kitchen really transports me to my childhood."
