What makes your spices different from grocery store brands?

We source our spices directly from smallholder farmers around the world, skipping the traditional supply chain. This means our spices are fresher, more flavorful, and provide higher earnings for the farmers who grow them.

How should I store my spices to keep them fresh?

To maintain maximum potency, store your spices in a cool, dry, and dark place away from direct sunlight and heat sources like your stove. Ensure the lids are tightly sealed after every use.

Are your products organic or non-GMO?

While many of our partner farmers use organic practices, not all have formal certification due to the high costs involved. However, all our spices are non-GMO, non-irradiated, and free from additives, fillers, or anti-caking agents.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

As spices are food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
